XPED Ltd (ASX:XPE) Complete Jemsoft Acquisition

Xped Limited (ASX:XPE) ("Xped" or "the Company") advises that the Company has now executed the transaction and completed the purchase of Jemsoft.

This transaction has proceeded on terms consistent with information provided previously to market on 11th May 2017. Xped has acquired 100% of Jemsoft Pty Ltd, and 51% of Media Intelligence Co.

The Company is excited to have finalised the Jemsoft acquisition and now looks forward to integrating their technology into Xped's Internet of Things Platform as well as exploring other market opportunities leveraging Jemsoft's technologies and IP.
