Byte Power Group Ltd (ASX:BPG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Michael Wee to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary with effect from Monday, 18th December 2017.

Mr Wee has extensive experience in both IT Consulting and the International Media sector having worked with many prestigious companies including News Ltd., Pacific Magazines, and Murdoch Books on various digital multimedia projects.

Mr Yano Lim steps down as Company Secretary however he will continue in the role of Independent Non-Executive Director. The Board of Byte Power Group Limited would like to thank Mr Lim for his contributions as Company Secretary.
