Donaco International Ltd (ASX:DNA) Termination of Employment of Executive

Donaco International Limited (ASX:DNA) ("Donaco" or "the Company") announces that the employment of Mr Joey Lim as an executive of the Company has now been terminated with immediate effect.

Mr Joey Lim is the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has been on leave from that role since 6 December 2018.

Mr Joey Lim remains on the Board as a non-executive Director.

Mr Benjamin Lim currently remains as Interim MD and CEO. The Board will commence a recruitment process to hire a permanent CEO.
