Alcatel Lucent provides product offerings that enable service providers, enterprises and governments worldwide, to deliver voice, data and video communication services to end users. Its Enterprise business segment provides software, hardware and services that interconnect networks, people, processes and knowledge. Its Services business segment integrates clients' networks. In October 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Motive, Inc.
