Salamander EnergyGroup Limited is the only direct subsidiary of the Company. On March 17, 2008, the Company acquired GFI Oil & Gas Corporation (GFI). The acquisition of GFI provided operated and non-operated development activity and added to the Company’s exploration opportunities in Thailand and Indonesia.
