As of December 31, 2008, the Company operated a fleet comprised of approximately 77 aircrafts, which include 63 Boeing 737 airplanes, three Boeing 767 airplanes as well as 11 Airbus airplanes. It operates its businesses principally in Haikou, Beijing, Xi'an and Taiyuan, China. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had three major subsidiaries, which involved in provision of air transportation services of passengers and goods.
