Hong Kong Resources Holding Co., formerly known as Ocean Grand Chemicals Holdings Limited, is a Bermuda-based investment holding company. The Company's subsidiaries were principally engaged in the subcontracting, manufacturing and trading of precious metal electroplating chemicals in the People's Republic of China and Hong Kong. The operations of the Company have been ceased since the appointment of provisional liquidators of the Company on July 24, 2006, and the Company has reactivated its trading of the electroplating chemicals through a subsidiary of the Company, Trump Power Limited (TPL), since November 2007. Its subsidiaries include Dynamic Market Trading Limited, Kenlap Chemicals Limited, Kenlap P.G.C. Manufacturer Company Limited, Ocean Grand Chemicals (BVI) Limited, OGC Management Services Limited, Successful Environmental Works and Investments Company Limited and Wintex Holdings Limited.
