It acquired two nickel exploration projects in Canada, including the Michikamau property in central Labrador. The Company's subsidiaries include Donegal Resources Pty Ltd., Donegal Mining Pty Ltd., Donegal Lanfranchi Pty Ltd., Lanfranchi Nickel Mine. Western Labrador is host to three mafic magmatic events with known Ni-Cu-Co-PGE mineralization: the Ossok Mountain Suite, the Shabogamo Suite, and the Michikamau Intrusion. The Michikamau property is within the Michikamau layered gabbro-anorthosite intrusion.
