Mirvac Real Estate Investment Trust is an Australia-based diversified property trust. The principal activity of the Trust is the investment in rental properties in Australia. Its other activities include investment in equities, mortgages, listed property trusts, cash and deposits in Australia. Its segments include retail, which is used for the accommodation for retail outlets; commercial, which is used for office administration; industrial, which is used for accommodation for factories and other industrial use; hotels, which is used for hotel accommodation, and other. On September 18, 2007, the Trust completed the acquisition of Mirvac Industrial Fund and the Mirvac Retail Portfolio, unlisted property funds managed by Mirvac Funds Management Limited.
