African Energy Resources Limited Company Summary

African Energy (Australia) was established in July 2005 to acquire mineral exploration and development projects in Southern Africa with an emphasis on uranium, coal and coal bed methane (CBM).

The Company has undertaken a systematic evaluation of Southern Africa's uranium potential, which since the end of the uranium boom in the late 1970's has been subject to only minimal exploration activity. The Company currently has projects in Zambia, Botswana and Malawi, and has established a representative office and technical support base in Cape Town, South Africa, and a logistics support base in Lusaka, Zambia.
