Amcor Limited is an Australia-based packaging company. The Company operates in five segments: Amcor PET, Amcor Australasia, Amcor Flexibles, Amcor Sunclipse and Amcor Asia. Amcor PET provides Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) packaging for a range of y beverage and food products, including carbonated soft drinks, water, juices, sports drinks, milk-based beverages, spirits and beer, sauces, dressings, spreads and personal care items and plastic caps for a variety of applications. Amcor Australasia provides corrugated boxes, cartons, folding cartons, aluminum beverage cans and household products, flexible packaging, plastic and metal closures, glass wine bottles, multi-wall sacks, cartonboard, paper and paper recycling. In April 2008, Silgan Holdings Inc. completed the acquisition of Amcor Limited’s White Cap closures business in Europe, Asia, South America and Brazil.
