CityView Owns a commodity portfolio: oil, copper, gold, diamonds and rare earths. CityView's strategy is to secure unencumbered good legal title to major oil, copper/gold, rare earths and diamond assets in Angola and Cameroon and upgrade them to bankable feasibility/ production. CityView is an Australian based resource company, listed on the ASX in Australia, OTCBB in the USA and FSE in Germany. Its main listing is on the ASX as CVI. The Company has excellent connections in West Africa and a good mixture of both technical and experienced management.

Manuel Africano Chairman Mr Africano, who is based in Angola, is an expert on doing business in Africa. He recently retired as the Minister for Geology and Mines in Angola, and during his term as a senior Minister in the Cabinet he successfully assisted in the rebuilding of Angola's fractured post-war economy.
Mark Smyth Chief Executive Mr Smyth has over 40 years of experience in the natural resources sector, which commenced with Selection Trust in 1969 where he was part of the project development teams for Mt Newman iron ore and Agnew nickel projects in Australia. Since 1975 he has co-founded a number of companies involved in the exploration and production of gold, oil, gas and diamonds around the world.
Philip Rand Non-Executive Director Mr Rand, who is based in London, has many years experience in the upstream energy sector working in complex geographical and political environments. Mr Rand is a non-executive director of Victoria Oil & Gas Plc and also the Cyprus based Falcon group which has connections with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Co.
Bernard Robert Brady Non-Executive Director Bernard Brady joined the Commonwealth Bank in 1958 holding various positions in general banking, lending and administration. He was seconded to the Solomon Islands Planning Group in Sydney in 1980 to assist the Solomons in setting up their own national bank after independence. He was subsequently posted to Solomons for two years as Manager. Returned to Australia (Sydney) in 1983. Was promoted to executive status in 1988. He resigned from the Commonwealth Bank in 1994 to set up a business which he sold in 2002. Mr Brady is based in Sydney and acts as Chairman of CityView's Audit Committee.
