The core asset of the Coburn Project is the Amy Zone deposit. The Company's Mount Gunson Copper Project lies 100 kilometers along strike to the south of the Olympic Dam copper-gold-uranium mine, which contains uranium resources and is a copper deposit.

David Harley is a graduate in geology from the University of Western Australia, with post graduate degrees from the universities of Adelaide and Western Ontario. He worked for WMC for 24 years, mainly in senior mineral exploration management positions and from 1990 to 1995 was General Manager of Minerals Exploration for Australia and the East Asia-Pacific region. He is the immediate past president of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC) and was Chairman of Gallery Gold Limited for five years until November 2003. David floated Gunson Resources Limited in May 2000 and has been its managing director since the Company's inception.
