Warwick Jeffrey Davies Executive Director Mr Davies is a self employed Marketing Consultant with forty years experience in the Iron and Steel Industry including a variety of technical and commercial roles with BHP Steel (Newcastle and Whyalla), Hamersley Iron (Dampier) and Robe River Mining Co (Cape Lambert and Perth). During the period 1986 to early 2000, Warwick was employed by the Robe River Joint Venture in a series of Management roles with the organisation culminating in a period of four years as General Manager Marketing. Warwick has a broad, in-depth knowledge of the world's Iron Ore and Steel Industries with emphasis on South and East Asia, particularly China. In addition to the technical and commercial aspect of the Iron Ore business, Warwick brings a solid background and understanding of the bulk freight market. As an independent Marketing Consultant since May 2000, Warwick has worked on a variety of assignments associated with the Iron Ore Industry with particular emphasis on China. He brings to the RMC a wealth of practical experience, a clear understanding of Iron and Steel, and an extensive potential customer contact network.
| William (Bill) Mackenzie Non-Executive Director Mr Mackenzie is a mining engineer with over 25 years of experience in the resources sector which has involved the assessment, development and operation of mineral projects both within Australiaand overseas. Mr Mackenzie’s experience has also extended to direct operating, senior project management and executive roles with responsibility for business development, project and business unit management of various Australian and offshore ventures. Mr Mackenzie has also provided specialised, independent technical and commercial advice to boards, banks and investors involved in the development of resources, energy and infrastructure projects worldwide.
| Zhang Chi Non-Executive Director Mr Zhang graduated with a Degree in Economics from the Renmin University in China in 1990. After a career in accounting and finance with the BaoSteel Group, during which he was appointed as a Director of their Hong Kong based shipping and transport subsidiary, Mr Zhang is the founded and Managing Director of the SINOM Group an enterprise with its main activities evolving from iron ore trader and operator in the Chinese steel industry to resources supplier and strategic investor. SINOM currently has its headquarters in Hong Kong and other offices in Shanghai with a team of 30+ staff experienced in fields of: trading, ship charting, project development, and financial investment.
| Mark Hill Exploration Manager Mr Hill is a geologist with over 17 years experience in exploration, mining and project development. He has worked in a variety of locations across Australia inclduing Drummond Basin, Tennant Creek, the Eastern Goldfields, Boddington and the Kimberley. He has worked for or consulted to a range of companies involved in gold, iron ore and nickle laterite including Ashburton Minerals, Jackson Gold, Sons of Gwalia, Pancontinental, Goldfields, New Hampton and Normandy.
