ABM Resources (ASX:ABU) is an exploration company developing several gold discoveries in the Tanami-Arunta region of the Northern Territory of Australia. The Company's assets include the Twin Bonanza Gold Camp including the large scale / bulk tonnage Buccaneer Porphyry Gold Deposit which has several new extensional zones discovered in 2011 and the Old Pirate High-Grade Gold Prospect where the Company recently announced 726 metres of combined vein strike length averaging 24.01g/t gold from surface trenching (refer announcement dated 8/2/2012). In addition, regionally the Company has discoveries at the Hyperion Gold Project and the Kroda Gold Project and is also focused on unlocking the potential of one of the largest blocks of exploration licenses in Australia.

DIRECTORS / OFFICERS

Mr Darren Holden Managing Director Mr Holden is a geologist with over 15 years experience in mining and exploration. He is a graduate of the University of Otago (NZ) and The University of Western Australia and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr Holden has previously held the role of Senior Consultant at Fractal Geoscience and was involved in modeling and targeting on a wide range of deposit styles. Mr Holden was a leading member of the team that won the GoldCorp Challenge in 2001. Mr Holden also held the role of Chief Operating Officer of Geoinformatics Exploration Inc for the period of 2001 to 2009. Mr Holden was based in Vancouver and helped guide Geoinformatics through the GFC and into a merger with Rimfire Minerals Corp to form Kiska Metals Ltd. Under Mr Holden’s exploration tutelage Geoinformatics successfully delineated several new discoveries including a multimillion ounce gold-copper project in Alaska and other base and precious metal discoveries in British Columbia, Nevada and Mexico. Mr Holden returned to Perth to take up the position of Managing Director at ABM Resources NL.
Mr Imants Kins Non-Executive Director Mr Kins is an Economist with over 25 years’ experience specialising in the resource sector. Mr Kins has held various positions in ABM Resources since October 2005 and brings extensive resource sector based strategic planning, macroeconomic and corporate governance experience to the Board.
Graeme Sloan Non-Executive Director Graeme Sloan is a Mining Engineer with extensive corporate and operational experience both within Australia and overseas and is currently Managing Director/CEO of Tanami Gold NL and a Non Executive Director of Orion Gold NL. He has held senior roles with several ASX listed companies and has been responsible for the successful development, implementation and commissioning of various projects over a range of different commodity types.
