Dynasty Metals Australia Ltd (ASX:DMA) is an emerging Australian iron ore exploration company focused on developing its 100%-owned tenements at Prairie Downs in Western Australia's Pilbara region. In March 2010, Dynasty announced initial JORC-Compliant Inferred Resources of 453 million tonnes of Detrital Channel Iron and 23.3 million tonnes of Marra Mamba Iron Formation. The 2010 exploration programs are underway and are aimed at further testing and significantly expanding the current resources, as well drilling a large iron-rich basal conglomerate for the first time. The exploration target is more than 1 billion tonnes of iron. During 2010, Dynasty plans to commence detailed commercial investigations that will cover preliminary mine planning, beneficiation process design, mining and processing costs, transport infrastructure, capital costs, environment and native title clearances, and government approvals. A pre-feasibility study is anticipated to commence in late 2010.

Thomas Pickett Chirman Lewis Tay Managing Director Lewis Tay received a Bachelor of Applied Science in 1991 and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance in 2007. He has being actively involved in commodity trading and equity investment in the mining and resource industry over the last 15 years, during these period, he has established useful business relationships with various large Chinese state owned enterprises . In October 2007, Mr. Tay was responsible for restructuring the Board of Dynasty Metals, and changed the exploration focus to iron ore. Bin Wang non-Executive Director Mr Michael van Uffelen Company Secretary Mr van Uffelen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and is a Chartered Accountant. He has more than 23 years accounting and finance experience gained with major accounting firms, investment banks and public companies, both in Australia and internationally. He is currently runs a specialty consulting firm providing CFO, company secretarial and corporate finance services and is a director of an entity licensed to provide investment advice in Australia. In addition to his role with Dynasty, Mr van Uffelen is the Chief Financial Officer of Automotive Technology Group Limited.
