A publicly listed company, Linc Energy is the global leader in Underground Coal Gasification (UCG), which delivers a synthesis gas feedstock to supply commercially viable energy solutions – such as electricity, transport fuels and oil production – through gas turbine combined cycle power generation, Gas to Liquids (GTL) Fischer-Tropsch processing and Enhanced Oil Recovery.

Linc Energy has constructed and commissioned the world's only UCG to GTL demonstration facility located in Queensland, Australia. This facility produces the world's only UCG to GTL synthetic diesel fuel. Linc Energy also owns the world's only commercial UCG operation, Yerostigaz, located in Uzbekistan. Yerostigaz has produced commercial UCG synthesis for power generation for 50 years.

Linc Energy is on a rapid global expansion path to commercialise its portfolio of resources, with established offices across three continents in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Mr Peter Bond Managing Director Mr Bond has a successful track record in the coal and gold mining industries both in Australia and overseas. Building on his early engineering background, he has gained a unique knowledge and understanding of the coal mining industry over the course of a diversified career spanning more than 20 years. His various companies are recognised in the mineral processing industry for both innovation and efficiency. Mr Bond has experience in the design, installation, commissioning and operation of complex processing plants and projects.
Mr Ken Dark Director (Non-Executive) Mr Dark was appointed to the Linc Energy Board in October 2004. He began his career in the area of industrial and electrical engineering. He went on to become a recognised specialist in the aluminium smelting industry where he led multi disciplined project-engineering teams both in Australia and Canada, including work with Alcan Inc. Mr Dark holds tertiary qualifications in industrial electronics and electronics engineering. Mr Dark later established and continues to operate a highly successful business in the fuel distribution and retail industry. He has represented fuel distributors and retailers, chairing the national marketing committees of two major fuel companies, leading the franchise negotiation committee to the successful renewal of national contracts with one of the oil majors.
Mr Craig Ricato Company Secretary Craig Ricato has enjoyed a distinguished legal career and is formerly a partner in a leading Brisbane-based law firm with specific expertise in the area of corporate law. He was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court in 2001, after graduating with a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours. His early career background is in the area of Forensic Accounting. In his position at Linc Energy, Craig's priorities are ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements of both the ASX and ASIC, providing legal guidance to the Board, and managing the legal affairs of the Company.
