Malcolm Macpherson - B.Sc, FAICD, FAusIMM Chairman Mr. Macpherson built a successful career as Chief Executive of Iluka Resources Limited in the 1980s and 1990s, growing the company from a $50 million market cap miner in 1978 to a $1 billion mineral production and processing corporation by 2001. He has broad national and international mining and energy experience. Currently Mr. Macpherson is a director of Minara Resources, Bathurst Resources and the Canadian listed company Titanium Corporation. He has held several other listed company directorships over the last 15 years and is a former Chairman of Western Power Corporation. His strong interest in research and innovation has seen him serve on CSIRO advisory committees and the Murdoch University Senate.

Anthony James Schoer BBus, FCPA Managing Director and CEO Mr. Schoer has 25 years experience in the mining and oil and gas industries including direct experience in commodities such as iron ore, coal, gold, manganese, nickel and oil and gas. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Portman Ltd. until the takeover by Cleveland Cliffs Inc. He previously worked for WMC Ltd. and was employed by BHP Co Ltd. for 20 years commencing as a Commercial Trainee, quickly rising through the ranks to senior positions such as Vice President Commercial for BHP Minerals. Mr. Schoer's experience and expertise now leads Pluton Resources Ltd.

Russell Williams, BE(Mech) Non-executive Director Mr. Williams spent 30 years with Alcoa Inc., the world’s largest integrated alumina and aluminium producer. Trained as a mechanical engineer at the University of Manchester, he has worked in a range of roles from power generation to engineering, maintenance and human resources. During his time at Alcoa he managed the company’s West Australian bauxite mining operations and later had oversight of all of Alcoa’s global mining activities in Brasil, Jamaica and Suriname. In his final years with Alcoa, Mr. Williams was based in Pittsburgh and was responsible for all activity at the Alcoa JV in Guinea, Company Bauxite de Guinee (CBG), the third largest export bauxite producer in the world. On his return to Australia he spent the majority of his time working on Alcoa projects in China and other Asian countries.

Pamela Kaye LLB, Dip.Teach General Counsel (Manager of Environmental and External Affairs) -Ms. Kaye joined Pluton Resources in 2008. Her expertise in mining, native title, Aboriginal heritage and environmental law has proved invaluable to the success of this project. She also provides corporate, commercial and general litigation services to Pluton and manages Pluton’s government relations and environmental assessment program. She is Pluton General Counsel and Manager Environment and External Affairs.

Ric Davies Dip CSM, BSc (Hons), MSc. Approvals – Community and Environment Mr. Davies joined Pluton in 2010 in an approvals co-ordination role. A geologist by trade, he has a broad range of industry experience from exploration through to resource development and productive mining. Over the past 10 years he has specialised in Aboriginal Heritage and Native Title approvals and has worked extensively with Aboriginal groups throughout Western Australia. He holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Geology and is responsible for advancing approvals for Plutons Irvine Island project.

Ben Carpenter Senior Operations Manager Mr. Carpenter joined Pluton Resources as a contractor for the Irvine Island drilling program in August of 2008 as a Field Technician. His particular roles involved monitoring and maintenance of the Desalination Plant and shortly after the supervision of field assistants contracted to Pluton. During the latter stages of the 2008 program Mr. Carpenter took on the responsibility of overseeing operations on Irvine Island. Now as Operations Manager he is responsible for coordinating and planning upcoming drilling programs and other exploration based operations.

Anson Griffith BSc (Hons) Project Manager for Irvine Island Mr. Griffith has over 23 years experience as a geologist in exploration, open-cut and underground geology, resource models and feasibility studies. His experience includes 8 years in the iron ore sector in senior operational roles at both the Savage River iron ore project in Tasmania, and recently at CITIC Pacific’s Sino iron project in Western Australia. In this current role with Pluton Resources Ltd. Mr. Griffith is responsible for managing technical aspects of the prefeasibility study for the Irvine Island Project.

Jo Wynaden LLB, BA Communications and Public Relations Ms. Wynaden joined Pluton Resources in 2011. She was formerly a director of a law firm in Perth; dealing primarily in Supreme Court litigation for disputed estates. Her experience as a practising solicitor has provided her with the ability to work in high conflict situations with the aim for a commercial resolution of all cases brought before her. Ms. Wynaden also has a Batchelor of Arts, focusing on indigenous Australian history.

Johari Bin Demin Community Relations Coodinator Mr. Bin Demin is former Western Australian State Government officer with a background in indigenous affairs administration. He is responsible for the indigenous employment recruitment and community development programs in the Kimberley region.

John McDougall BSc (Hons) Managing Geologist Mr. McDougall has 13 years experience in the mining sector including geological database production, geographic information system use, resource modelling and remote area exploration. He has worked in Tasmania, Western Australia and Papua New Guinea. At Pluton Resources, he is responsible for planning and assisting in exploration both within Tasmania and Western Australia.
