The Cook Mine has two coal seams, including the Castor seam at a depth of 130-350 meters and the Argo seam approximately 15-20 meters below that. Minyango is an underground deposit located in the mining town of Blackwater in central Queensland. On October 31, 2007, the Company completed the disposal of Blackwatch Resources Limited and Blackwatch Mining Limited. The Company's subsidiaries include Caledon Overseas Holdings Limited, Caledon Coal Pty Limited, CC Pty Limited, Mining Technology Partnerships Pty Limited, Blackwater Coal Pty Limited, Caledon MC Jersey Limited, Hazelhurst Holdings Limited, Blackwatch Overseas Limited and Finelot Trading Company Limited.
