Its other operations business segment includes information technology (IT) services, construction equipment manufacturing, machine tools and factory automation solutions, high-precision tooling and plastic and electronic components for certain applications and investment business. On October 15, 2008, Tata Motors' UK, a subsidiary of Tata Motors European Technical Centre plc, acquired a 50.3% stake in Miljo Grenland.
