Atomic Resources Limited (Atomic) is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is principally engaged in mineral exploration within Australia and Tanzania. The Company has drilled over 3,000 meters of aircore on its Uaroo project near Geraldton. Atomic has also completed first phase field work at both the Mountain Creek Bore (Laura uranium prospect) and at Fyfe Well. On September 8, 2008, the Company announced that it had signed a letter of intent to enter into an agreement with International Gold Mining Limited to farm out five uranium tenements in the republic of Tanzania. On September 15, 2008, Atomic announced it had entered into a joint venture arrangement (JVA) with Scimitar Resources Limited (Scimitar), who will continue to explore the Company's Uaroo uranium project.
