From Sept 1991 to Dec 1996, the Company further expanded its network by offering a total of seven more healthcare practices, mainly located in the New Territories and Hong Kong Island, to cater to the needs of nearby residents by offering general medical and dental services. Since May 1997, the Company's first medical practice was converted into the Company's INtegrated Medical Centre offering a wide range of specialty services in addition to general medical and dental services. The group also pioneered the first 24-hour clinic in Hong Kong. The network continued to expand by offering a wider range of specialty services in addition to general medical and dental services.
In 2000, the Company adopted an enterprise model recruiting management and administrative expertise that work cohesively with the front-end healthcare professionals of the Company. The Company was successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market in Hong Kong to further raise capital to fund its expansion strategies and to interest value-added synergistic into the Company.
