Venus Metals Corporation Limited (ASX:VMC) current projects consist of the Yalgoo Iron Ore Project which is located within the Murchison mid west region of Western Australia which is an emerging multi-billion dollar Chinese and Japanese iron ore investment province. The Yalgoo Project is subject to a formal farm-in agreement with HD Mining & Investment, a subsidiary of Shandong Provincial Bureau or Geology & Mineral Resources (SDGM) involving an $8m sole spend by HD Mining to earn a 50% interest in the Iron Ore Project. Once the joint venture is formed if Venus Metals elects not to contribute it will receive a 4.5% gross iron ore royalty from any production from the Yalgoo Iron Ore Project. The company also has 3 super projects being Argyle North, Telfer North and Tropicana East projects. The focus of the super projects is for the discovery of world class deposits within concealed parts of the lower proterozoic orogenic belts which host the majority of Australia’s giant ore bodies including Argyle (diamonds), Telfer (gold), Olympic Dam (iron oxide copper gold), Broken Hill (base metals) and Mt Isa (base metals, IOCG).

Terence Hogan - OAM, B.Ec. (UWA), FCPA, FCIS, ASIA Non-Executive Chairman Mr Terry Hogan has been engaged in the stockbroking industry for more than 45 years. He is a former Director of Hogan & Partners Stockbrokers Pty Ltd (“Hogan & Partners”) and past Chairman of the former Stock Exchange of Perth Limited. Mr Terry Hogan is a past Chairman and Director of various public companies and is currently Chairman of the Perth Diocesan Trustees and Anglican Community Fund Inc. Matthew Vernon Hogan - MAICD Managing Director Mr Matthew Hogan was formerly an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of United Minerals Corporation NL which was acquired by BHP Billiton for AUD$204 million in February 2010. Mr Hogan has had over 20 years experience in the stockbroking industry and was closely involved in bringing a number of Company listings to the ASX, the underwriting of Shareholder entitlement issues and corporate placements. Mr Matthew Hogan was a former Company Secretary of Iron Ore Holdings Ltd. Mr Selvakumar Arunachalam Director Mr Arunachalam has over 30 years’ experience in geology in India, New Zealand and Australia. Sergio Noto - CPA, ACIS Company Secretary Mr Noto has over 15 years experience in finance encompassing a number of roles including Financial Controller, CFO and Company Secretary for various companies across different industries, ASX listed and unlisted. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, is a CPA and has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance (Chartered Secretaries of Australia).
