According to a market survey conducted by Frost & Sullivan in November 2008, “PEAK” is among the top three most recognized sports footwear and basketball footwear brands in China. Peak primarily engages in designing, developing, manufacturing, distributing and marketing its sport products (including footwear, apparel and accessories) under the Peak brand. As at 30 September 2009, Peak possessed an extensive retail network of over 5,900 outlets which were operated either directly by independent distributors or through other independent retail outlet operators, and its products are exported to over 70 countries. Peak executes a focused marketing and branding strategy internationally. Since April 2002, Peak has been actively developing its relationships with NBA, Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) and FIBA through sponsorships and marketing arrangements, and endorsement arrangements with a number of NBA players. Also, Peak has become an official marketing partner of the NBA in China since October 2007.
