Mr Gosse has extensive experience in banking and broking both in Australia and overseas. He has previously worked in London for Rowe & Pitman, in the United States for Janney Montgomery & Scott and in Canada for Wood Gundy. He has also been involved in the establishment, operation and ownership of several small businesses. Mr Gosse is currently a Director of ITL Limited, Wilson Investment Fund Limited, Clime Capital Limited and Australian Leaders Fund.

Mr Hume's career in the resources industry stretches back over thirty years, primarily in the fields of managed fund investments, capital raising and project development. Mr Ian Hume was a Founding Partner of The Sentient Group, a manager of closed end private equity funds specialising in global investments in the natural resource industries. Since its inception, The Sentient Group has raised over US$1.3 billion for its investment funds. He remains an independent advisor to The Sentient Group, following his retirement from the fund in 2008. Prior to the founding of The Sentient Group, Mr Hume was a partner in BAIN & Co and for a number of years, a strategic consultant to AMP’s Private Capital Division, working on the development of a number of Chilean mining investment joint ventures, as well as advising on a number of specific investments across a range of commodities and locations. He was a director of Andean Resources until being acquired by Goldcorp is currently a director of Norsemont Mining and Golden Minerals Company.

Director
Mr Ellis has had a long and distinguished career in business, particularly in the resources sector. Mr Ellis' career includes three decades at BHP Ltd, Chairing the company from 1997 to 1999. He also served on the boards of a number of listed companies and governing bodies including Newcrest Mining, Aurora Gold, the International Copper Association (ICA), Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ), the International Council on Metals and the Environment (ICME) and the American Mining Congress. He is also a former Chancellor of Monash University, former President of the Minerals Council of Australia and former Chairman of the Australia-Japan Foundation and the Australian National Occupational Health & Safety Commission. Mr Ellis is currently Chairman of Landcare Australia and MBD Energy Limited and is on the Advisory Board of Anglo Coal Australia.

Mr Keegan is a geologist with fifteen years professional experience across a range of commodities including iron ore, nickel, and gold holding various mining positions with Rio Tinto, Barrick and WMC. Mr Keegan is currently an Investment Advisor at The Sentient Group. Prior to joining Sentient, Matthew was a senior metals and mining analyst at AME Mineral Economics in Sydney specialising in iron ore and nickel cost analysis. Matthew holds a degree in Applied Science (Geology) from the University of Technology Sydney and is a member of Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Stocks is a Mining Engineer with over twenty years experience in the resources sector, primarily in mining operations and corporate roles. He has been particularly active in the areas of business optimisation, cost and production efficiency improvements, project evaluation and development of mining projects in Australia and overseas. Mr Stocks was previously Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Siberia Mining Corporation until its merger with Monarch Gold. Prior to Siberia, he was Vice President, Operations of Crew Gold Corporation, a London based mining and exploration company.

Iron Road Limited (ASX:IRD) is an Australia-based company. The Company is engaged in exploration and evaluation of its iron ore ground holdings. Its projects include the Central Eyre Iron project, Gawler Iron project and Windarling Iron project. The Central Eyre Iron Project consists of three distinct prospects: Warramboo, Kopi and Hambidge. The Company focuses on establishing a resource inventory that underpins a 5 to 10 metric tons per annum (Mtpa) magnetite export operation. It contains magnetite-bearing gneiss units with a cumulative strike length. Gawler Iron project includes over ten areas of known iron occurrences, including the Mt Christie deposit. A total of 252 in-situ rock chip and grab samples from 10 localities at the West Gawler project returned an average grade of 53.4% Fe. The Company developed a stage plan of ground work on Windarling project.
