Com, FCA Non-Executive Chairman David Usasz is a recently retired partner of Pricewaterhouse Coopers, 1977-2007, after 20 years as a partner in the Corporate Finance division focusing on Tax and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has been a registered tax agent for more than 25 years, worked in Hong Kong for 3 years and worked extensively with Japanese and Chinese investors in Australia. David is a board member of ASX listed Cromwell Corporation Limited and was previously a director of the Australian Rugby Union Limited (2005-2007).
| Howard V Renshaw Managing Director Howard Renshaw founded the Company on 8 July 2004 and has been active in building the Company’s business plan and securing the opportunities presented in this Prospectus. During the period 1997-2004, Howard acted corporately for international companies in U.S.A. and Canada in Mining, Oil and Gas, later as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Howard has extensive experience in Corporate and Capital Markets, funding of Mining, Oil and Gas mergers and acquisitions, feasibility studies for major mining projects. He has been appointed by governments for major restructuring of infrastructure and operations at ports, rail lines, railways and related industries. Howard produced the prefeasibility study for the Burton Downs Coalmine, Goonyella, Queensland then he was subsequently appointed the Project Negotiator. He has raised capital for numerous Australian mining companies to assist in their operations and development.

His firm has extensive expertise in the resources sector and currently provides audit / advisory services to seven listed Australian companies. Richard is past Chairman and Chief Executive of Carpenter Pacific Resources NL, a listed gold exploration company with extensive exploration interests in PNG.
| Brian Rear Non-Executive Director Brian has extensive work and management experience in Australian, Papua New Guinea, the United Kingdom, Africa and Asia. He has first hand experience in copper processing and metallurgical recovery, gold, uranium, base metals, thermal coal, mineral sands and industrial minerals. In his 40 years in the industry Brian has a wide range of experience from plant operator to chairman of the board, including periods with Rio Tinto and Anglovaal Limited in South Africa. Brian was a founding director and CEO of Straits Resources Limited from 1991 until 2002 a successful copper, gold and coal mining, exploration and production group in Australia and Asia.
| Dr Guojian Xu General Manager, Exploration and Business Development Guojian Xu has more than 20 years experience in Australian and international mining, including technical and senior management roles with QMC, Xstrata, Sparton Resources and Queensland Epithermal Gold. Dr Xu holds a Master of Science in Economic Geology from the China University of Geosciences and a PhD from James Cook University. He has in-depth knowledge of exploration techniques and extensive experience in mineral resources in Australia, particularly Mt Isa, as well as in China and Papua New Guinea. He is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.
| Richard Swann General Manager, Operations Richard Swann has been employed in the mining and resources industry for over 30 years and has extensive and varied experience in the management of mining and operations across many metals. Richard has held a number of senior executive positions in a number of public companies and is experienced in all aspects of the management, operational and technical roles of mining companies. Richard has particular expertise overseeing feasibility studies and in project development being responsible for establishing a gold mine for Peak Hill Resources in WA, a gold and copper mine for Northparkes Mines in NSW and international mining experience in gold and copper mines in Minera Alumbrera, Argentina and Papua New Guinea as well as nickel cobalt and copper feasibility studies and operations in Australia and New Caladonia.
| Stephen Maffey General Manager, Commercial Stephen Maffey is an Economics and Law graduate from the University of Sydney. On graduation Stephen was employed as a solicitor at Hunt & Hunt, Sydney for 5 years before moving to London. Stephen has a wealth of international experience having been a senior corporate partner at SJ Berwin LLP, an international law firm for over 12 years. He is vastly experienced in negotiating and implementing complex agreements. Stephen also has strong strategic and management skills having served on the board of SJ Berwin LLP.
