Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) is a graphite, magnesite, copper, gold and manganese explorer focused on the discovery of world-class ore deposits. The company has carefully acquired a portfolio of projects, covering an area in excess of 5300 km2, in the highly prospective Gawler Craton and Adelaide Fold Belt regions of South Australia. All projects are 100% owned by the Company. Archer also has earned the right to 100% of minerals other than uranium on EL4693 Wildhorse Plain located near Cleve on Eyre Peninsula. The Company's flagship Campoona and Sugarloaf graphite deposits occur in the Cleve district where the Company has tenure of 933km2 in the emerging graphite province. Archer Exploration Limited has an experienced board and management team and has the ability to maximise the potential of the company's world-class projects.

DIRECTORS / OFFICERS

Greg English - LLB, BE (Mining) Chairman (non-executive) Greg English is a qualified mining engineer and lawyer. He is currently a partner of Norman Waterhouse Lawyers and specialises in mining, commercial and securities law. He is also a qualified mining engineer, with experience on a wide variety of mining projects for MIM Limited, ETSA, Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines and Normandy Mining Limited. Greg was also a previous director of ASX listed Gawler Resources Ltd. Greg English acquired the assets of Archer Exploration as a director of both Pirie Resources Pty Ltd and Kensington Exploration Pty Ltd, both with his own and private funding. Greg's experience in the mining industry, particularly in capital raising, tenement acquisition, project management and business development, and his industry knowledge and business relationships, will assist Archer Exploration to manage and develop its existing tenement portfolio and to identify and secure other high quality exploration assets. Tom Philips AM - MBA, FAICD Director (non-executive) Tom Phillips is the former Chief Executive Officer of Mitsubishi Motors Australia Ltd and prior to that a Director of Toyota Australia. Following his retirement from Mitsubishi in late 2005 he was a Director of Australia Post and now holds board positions with several not-for-profit organisations and private companies. He also chairs UraniumSA Limited and is the Presiding Member of Safework SA and the Southern Adelaide Development Board. Tom's extensive experience in Australian manufacturing and his knowledge of international business will be a significant asset to the Company. Alice McCleary - BEc FCA FTIA FAICD Director (non-executive) Alice McCleary is a Chartered Accountant and company director. She is Deputy Chancellor of the University of South Australia and a director of Great Southern Ltd, UraniumSA Limited and Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance Inc (ACHA). Alice is also a member of the Takeovers Panel and the Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee. Previous appointments include board memberships of National ICT Australia Ltd, South Australian Government Financing Authority (SAFA), TWT Group Ltd and National President of the Taxation Institute of Australia. She has been a tax partner in Coopers & Lybrand and was intimately involved with the Ralph Review of Business Taxation. Alice's professional interests include financial management and corporate governance. Gerard Anderson - Assoc App Geol, Grad Dip Bus, MSc Managing Director Mr Anderson has over 37 years experience in exploration and mine geology. He has held senior management positions with Worsley Alumina Pty Ltd, Great Central Mines Pty Ltd, Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd, Newmont Mining Australia Ltd (formerly Normandy Mining) and Centrex Metals Limited. Whilst working for Newmont Australian Ltd, Gerard was General Manager of the Golden Grove base metals mine from 1999 to 2004. Mr Anderson was Managing Director of iron ore explorer Centrex Metals. Gerard's iron ore and base metals exploration and operational experience will be invaluable as Archer seeks to develop its manganese and base metals projects.
