Orchard Property Limited, a member of the Orchard group, is the responsible entity of the Orchard Industrial Property Fund. The Orchard Group’s property division manages investments in property, including the traditional asset classes of retail, office and industrial, as well as a range of non-traditional property assets, including primary infrastructure, childcare centers, medical centers and hospitals.
