Oceanteam ASA Update of Company Certificate
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 21 May 2008 regarding the completed Private Placement in Oceanteam ASA ("Oceanteam" or the "Company"). 1,384,353 New Shares were issued in the Private Placement. The issued share capital of Oceanteam subsequent the Private Placement is NOK 152,278,910 consisting of 15,227,891 shares each with a par value of NOK 10.
The Company hereby advises that the Company Certificate has been updated in accordance with the completed Private Placement.
About Oceanteam Oceanteam is a niche services provider focused on servicing, installation, trenching and IMR of flexible pipelines, umbilicals and power cables. This includes the provision of subsea services, installation teams, fully operational spreads and time charters. Oceanteam is located in Bergen, Aberdeen, Willemshaven and Amsterdam.
