Wavefield Inseis ASA (OSL:WAVE) The Board of Wavefield Inseis has today received the following statement from representatives of the employees in the Company: With reference to the "Statement from the Board of Directors of Wavefield Inseis ASA regarding voluntary offer made by CGGVeritas", on the 5th of December 2008, and quoting paragraph 8 of the Statement whereby it was written "The Board has not received a joint statement from the employees representing their view on the Offer", it is considered that the board of directors have not consulted the employees and therefore have not considered all the facts before making their decision.
In light of this we the employees of Wavefield-Inseis ASA hereby wish to submit a joint statement from the employees representing our view on the offer.
The employees of Wavefield Inseis ASA feel that as a stand alone seismic company we offer much greater potential for higher return on the shareholders investment with our modern fleet and development of new technology in the Optowave 4C Ocean Bottom Cable. We are a highly motivated and committed workforce that believes in the quality of management and our fellow employees to enable this company to continue to grow and maintain profitability.
