Wavefield Inseis ASA (OSL:WAVE) Oslo, Norway, 31 December 2008: The board of directors has resolved to convene an extraordinary general meeting in Wavefield Inseis ASA on
Wednesday 21 January 2009 at 17.00 hrs. at Hotel Continental in Stortingsgaten 24-26 in Oslo, Norway.
The general meeting is convened following a request from Compagnie Générale de Géophysique-Veritas SA pursuant to § 5-7 (2) of the Public Limited Companies Act. The general meeting will deal with election of new members of the board of directors and the nomination committee and the remuneration of the former members of the board of directors and the nomination committee.
Enclosed are the notice of the meeting, attendance and proxy form, the recommendation of the nomination committee and CVs of the proposed new directors. These documents are also available on www.wavefield-inseis.com
