Las Vegas, Nevada, January 22nd, 2009 - Sync2 Entertainment Corporation ("Sync2" or the "Company") (OTCBB: SYTO) is pleased to announce that on August 12, 2008, the Board of Directors appointed John Moore as a member of the Board of Directors and as Chief Financial Officer.
Moore has more than 35 years of experience in finance and business management, and has owned and operated several businesses. Since 1983, Mr. Moore has been the owner and operator of John Moore Financial Management Solutions, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Moore has served as the CFO and a Director of several public and private companies.
Following Moore's appointment, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State of Nevada changing the Company's name to Sync2 Entertainment Corporation.
The Company is also announcing that effective October 1, 2008, Tomasz Zurawek resigned as a member of the Board of Directors and an officer of the Company. Dr. Zurawek has served on the Board and as President and Principal Accounting Officer since November 16, 2006.
