Following the ordinary Annual General Meeting of Feintool International Holding AG, new appointments have been made on the Board of Directors. The Board is now chaired by Alexander von Witzleben while Monika Loeffel-Boesch has been appointed as Deputy Chairman.

The Board of Directors of Feintool International Holding AG, Lyss has held its first meeting since the ordinary Annual General Meeting of 20 January 2009, at which Fritz F. Boesch stepped down as Chairman and was elected Honorary Chairman. The previous Deputy Chairman - Alexander von Witzleben, a German citizen from Weimar - was elected as the new Chairman, while Monika Loeffel-Boesch of Lyss was appointed in his place. The Audit Committee comprises Dr. Kurt E. Stirnemann (Chair), Alexander von Witzleben and Wolfgang Feil. The Nomination and Compensation Committee is made up of Monika Loeffel-Boesch (Chair), Alexander von Witzleben and Wolfgang Feil. The other members of the Board of Directors are, as hitherto, Michael Pieper and Franz Stampfli.
