Sydney, Nov 23, 2005 (ABN Newswire) - Premier Bionics (ASX: PBI) wholly-owned subsidiary, Medic Vision Pty Ltd ("Medic Vision") is pleased to announce the signing of a AUD$850,000 contract to supply computer-based surgical simulation and consulting services to the South West Hospital in Chongqing, China.

The South West Hospital is the largest hospital in the municipality treating approximately 1 million outpatients per year. The hospital is aiming to establish the skills training centre as a showcase facility in the Chinese market. Mr Ross Horley, CEO of Medic Vision commented "This is a significant and strategic step forward in our penetration into the rapidly growing Chinese market and is the first stage of a mutli stage project with the South West Hospital. The signing of the contract follows the Memorandum of Understanding that was signed with the hospital earlier this year.
