New Australian Listing - Valhalla Uranium Ltd - 83% Owned by Resolute Mining
Sydney, Dec 16, 2005 (ABN Newswire) - Resolute Mining (ASX: RSG) announced that the Australian Stock Exchange has advised Valhalla Uranium Ltd (ASX: VUL) that it was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Thursday, 15 December 2005.
Official quotation of the Company's securities will commence at 1.00pm E.S.T. (10.00am W.S.T.) on Monday, 19 December 2005. This is a day earlier than the indicative timetable previously provided.
Valhalla Uranium Ltd is 83.33% owned by Resolute Mining and has interests in a number of advanced uranium projects in Queensland and the Northern Territory.
