It is the first state owned company to achieve this significant benchmark and has demonstrated its ability to consistently deliver its services and focus on continuous improvement.

Speaking at the presentation ceremony hosted by the Mayor of Tbilisi, SAI Global Certification Services, General Manager, Mr Alex Ezrakhovich, said, the Tbilisi Water Company was inspected by our expert auditors over a number of months and was found to have successfully implemented an internationally recognised quality management system.
