Sydney, July 27, 2006 (ABN Newswire) - Oriel Communication's (ASX: OCO) payment gateway ("BilltoBill Limited") has signed a Payment Services Agreement with Shanghai Heshu Network Technology Co Ltd to support the on-line sales and payment of game-point cards in China.

Shanghai Heshu Network Technology Co Ltd (www.ehesh.com) is a leading high tech company who invested in the field of online games, card resell, digital terminal equipment and other services via their digital terminal equipment.
