Both companies are joining forces with Australian-based Lawlex, to form the newly-created SAI Global Compliance Division.

The news comes following strong demand for global compliance solutions following a number of high profile compliance and regulatory failures and the enforcement of more stringent regulatory requirements, such as Sarbanes-Oxley.
