Sydney, July 9, 2007 (ABN Newswire) - Aussie shares have gained in the morning session as a surge in oil prices lifted energy firms, while U.S. linked stocks firmed after strong jobs data pointed to an improving outlook for the U.S. economy.
At Midday the ASX200 index has gained 32 points to 6,383 and on the futures market the SPI 200's up 25.
