Sydney, Aug 6, 2007 (ABN Newswire) - The share market fell sharply again today following another plunge on Wall Street last Friday. Macquarie Bank led the market down while the big miners also suffered heavy losses.
The ASX 200 Index dived 101 points at 5920, and on the futures market the SPI 200 lost 84 points.
In economic news, a survey has shown the number of jobs advertised in newspapers and on the internet fell in July
