Sydney, Nov 7, 2007 (ABN Newswire) - Storm Financial, an Australian financial advice firm, has lodged a prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in relation to an Initial Public Offer for shares in Storm Financial.
The Offer comprises 160 million Shares, with an indicative price range of $0.92-$1.08 per Share. The final price of Shares in the Offer will be determined through an Institutional Bookbuild, with total proceeds of the Offer expected to be $147.2-$172.8 million. It is expected Storm Financial will have a market capitalisation of $424.0-$497.8 million following the offer.
