Sydney, Mar 31, 2008 (ABN Newswire) - IBA Health Group Limited (ASX: IBA)(PNK: IBATF) - Australia's largest listed specialist health information technology company, today announced the appointment of Andrea Fiumicelli as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for iSOFT.
Andrea Fiumicelli was previously with Agfa where he was responsible for leading Agfa's Healthcare IT world wide research and development, sales and service organization in Europe and some 20 plus international subsidiaries. Prior to this Andrea was instrumental in creating Agfa's Health Care Imaging Division and Health Care IT Solutions Division.
Andrea Fiumicelli will be based at iSOFT's European headquarters in Banbury UK. Andrea will have responsibility for iSOFT's sales, development, and support services now being delivered across five continents and 35 countries.
Andrea is well known as a change agent in the market, as evidenced by his active participation in supplier consolidation and in the successful execution of innovative commercial propositions.
