Extension Of Deadline For CopperCo (ASX:CUO) To Make An Offer For MinSec (ASX:MSX)
Perth, Apr 1, 2008 (ABN Newswire) - CopperCo Limited (ASX: CUO)(PNK: CPPWF) and Mineral Securities Limited ("Minsec")(ASX: MSX) announce an agreed extension of the deadline for CopperCo to despatch its offer documents to 7 June 2008. The extension is needed to accommodate regulatory requirements in the United Kingdom.
CopperCo advises that the timetable for lodgement and despatch of the general meeting materials, including the independent expert's report has progressed to the point whereby the company anticipates despatch of the documents to CopperCo shareholders in mid-April.
