Release of a voting rights announcement pursuant to section 21 para.1 WpHG (Securities Trading Act):   Fidelity International, with its registered office in Tadworth, Great Britain, notified us in the name and on behalf of Fidelity Contrafund, Boston, USA, on 23 April 2008, of the following:   On 16 January 2007, Fidelity Contrafund exceeded the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in Q-Cells AG.
