May 16, 2008 Release of Voting rights announcements according to articles 21, 24 WpHG

Baloise Delta Holding S.A.R.L., Bertrange, Luxembourg, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG, that via shares its Voting Rights on Mologen AG, ISIN DE0006637200, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10% limit of the Voting Rights on March 6, 2008 and amount at that day to 12.455% (1,160,441 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No.1 of the WpHG, these Voting Rights are to be attributed to the company.
Furthermore, the company has informed us, that via shares its Voting Rights on Mologen AG, ISIN DE0006637200, on March 26, 2008 amount to 13.336% (1,242,548 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No.1 of the WpHG, these Voting Rights are to be attributed to the company.
In addition, the company has informed us that via shares its Voting Rights on Mologen AG, ISIN DE0006637200, have exceeded the 15% limit and since March 27, 2008 amount to 15.037% (1,401,000 Voting Rights) unchanged. The chain of companies which are controlled by Baloise Delta Holding S.A.R.L. and whose Voting Rights on Mologen AG via shares are equal or above 3% reads as follows: Basler Versicherung Beteiligungs-GmbH holds each 100% of the shares and Voting Rights of Deutsche Ring Lebensversicherungs-AG and of Deutsche Ring Sachversicherungs-AG.
