IBA Health Group (ASX:IBA) Announce Board Changes
Sydney, May 29, 2008 (ABN Newswire) - IBA Health Group Limited (ASX:IBA)(PINK:IBATF) - Australia's largest listed health information technology company, today announced that
1] Ian Tsicalas has been appointed to its board of directors. Ian Tsicalas is an independent director of Allco Equity Partners Limited (ASX:AEP)(PINK:ALLCF); and
2] Robert Moran, AEP's Managing Director, has been appointed as an alternate director for AEP's representatives to the IBA board (Messrs Don Conway and Ian Tsicalas).
These changes are effective 28th May 2008.
