Funcom N.V (NO) Funcom would like to provide a launch update for the Age of Conan game.
Status of the launch Funcom has previously reported that the day-one ship in (the number of boxes sent to retail) of the Age of Conan game was around 700.000 units. To improve availability of the product Funcom's retail publishing partner has or will shortly have shipped another 300.000 copies to the North American and European markets making the total number of shipped units over 1.000.000. The Company reported on June 2nd 2008 that the number of active players (players who have registered their purchased game key in the Company's registration and billing system) in the Age of Conan game had passed over 500.000.
