Perth, June 23, 2008 (ABN Newswire) - Emerging oil and gas producer Exoma Energy Limited (ASX: EXE) has appointed Ms Bev Scully as Chief Financial Officer and Mr Ian Hobson as Company Secretary.

Ms Scully is a Chartered Accountant with extensive corporate financial and capital management skills and experience providing accounting support and external audit services to a wide range of Australian and international companies. Bev has previously held senior positions with Deloitte, Grant Thornton, HLB Prangleys and KPMG, and has considerable expertise in financial analysis, risk management, litigation support, statutory reporting documents and auditing financial accounting data.

The Exoma Board also confirms that co-founder and Executive Director, Mr Brendan Egan, will become a Non-executive director in July, now that Exoma's technical and management team in the United States is fully operational.
