Aktia Aktia Savings Bank plc Stock exchange release 27 June 2008 at 10:00 a.m.

22,482 new shares of Aktia Savings Bank plc, series A, have been entered in the Trade Register on 27 June 2008. The shares were subscribed in the issue to named persons in the Bank's senior executive management that the bank's Board of Directors decided on 30 April 2008.

The total number of A shares in Aktia Savings Bank increased hereby to 40,124,418, and the bank's share capital rose by EUR 44,964 to EUR 80,248,836.
