Mosaic Oil (ASX:MOS) Director Resignation 30 June 2008
Sydney, June 30, 2008 (ABN Newswire) - The Board of Mosaic Oil N.L. (ASX: MOS)(PINK: MSAOF) announces the resignation of Mr Charles Copeman AM as non-executive director, effective 30th June 2008.
Mr Copeman joined the Board as Chairman when the Company listed on the ASX in 1989. He served as Chairman until November 2001 and then as Deputy Chairman until October 2006.
The Board would like to acknowledge Mr Copeman's long and dedicated service to the Company. It will miss the benefit of his experience and professional contribution at its meetings.
Mr Copeman retires at an exciting time for the Company as Mosaic's accelerated drilling program produces positive results.
